Precision-engineered from Styroboard® XPS, StyroLink® roof spacers are a high-compression, thermally efficient solution for commercial metal deck roofs. Installed directly over roof purlins, StyroLink® creates a consistent gap for insulation recovery, allowing thermal blankets to retain their full nominal thickness and perform at peak R-Values. The closed-cell XPS structure ensures excellent water resistance, minimal thermal bridging, and long-term compressive strength. Lightweight and easy to handle, StyroLink® is custom-cut to your project’s needs and proudly made in Australia from recyclable materials.
StyroLink® is manufactured from Styroboard® XPS, which contains up to 90% recycled polystyrene. This recycled content is sourced through Foamex’s closed-loop recycling model, collecting clean waste from building site offcuts, factory floor surplus, and post-consumer packaging via dedicated drop-off points. By turning recovered polystyrene into high-performance insulation products, StyroLink® supports circular construction practices without compromising technical integrity.
