The Insulclad Rendered Wall System is a premium lightweight cladding solution combining high-performance EPS insulation with a durable rendered finish. Designed for Australian conditions, it offers enhanced thermal efficiency, design flexibility, and rapid on-site installation. Ideal for both new builds and renovations, Insulclad provides a seamless alternative to weatherboard, fibro, or brick veneer cladding — with a modern rendered appearance and CodeMark-certified compliance.

Panel Option

Insulclad is available in two panel configurations:

Core Panel: Uncoated EPS panel with fire-retardant and termite protection. Suitable for custom render finishes applied on site.
Pre-Mesh Panel: Pre-applied 4mm reinforced base render and fibreglass mesh for faster application and reduced site work.

Panel Sizes:

Standard: 1200mm x 2500mm
Made-to-order: 1200mm x 5000mm (core only)

Panel Thicknesses:

50mm, 60mm, 75mm, 100mm — choose based on insulation needs and wall design.

Fixing & Installation

Insulclad can be installed using two methods:

Direct Fix to timber or steel frames
Cavity Fix over 25mm battens for added ventilation and compliance with weathertightness requirements

BAL-29 System Available
A certified solution for bushfire-prone areas that includes:

75mm or 100mm Core Panel
Reinforced mesh and render layers
BAL-rated expanding foams, breathable wrap, and Dulux finishing paint

How are Insulclad panels fixed to the structure?

Insulclad panels can be direct fixed to timber or steel framing, or installed over 25mm cavity battens for additional ventilation and moisture management. Fixing washers, adhesive foams, and starter channels are supplied as part of the system.

Can I render directly onto Insulclad panels?

Yes. For Core Panels, a compatible render system must be applied on site. Pre-Mesh Panels arrive with base render and fibreglass mesh already applied, reducing the amount of on-site preparation required before applying finishing coats.
