What is EPS?

Do you deliver?
Yes. Delivery can be arranged to all locations worldwide.
What is Stryroflex?
Foamex Styroflex Instant Fit Insulation Board is a specially designed rigid board that fits between the studs in building construction. The system is ideal for contractors as well as do-it-yourself home builders, where sheeting over the studs is not required or not possible.
What shapes do you cut in?
We offer a range of pre-tooled shapes and can modify to your specification upon request.
What is the largest size available?
The largest size available is 5000mm x 1200mm x any thickness from 10mm up to 600mm.
What size are standard sheets?
The size of our standard sheets are 2400mm x 1200mm x any thickness from 10mm up to 600mm.
Is Styrene environmentally friendly?
Foamex is fully committed to protecting our environment. The use of chlorofluorocarbons (CFC) free to reduce atmospheric pollutants and the recycling of expanded polystyrene is of utmost importance to Foamex. Please read the environment section of our web site for more information.
What densities are available?
Densities vary from 12.5 Kg/M3 through to 29 Kg/M3.
What type of Styrene do I need for rendering?
While SL Grade is used on some projects, in which projects the finished hardness is determined by the type of render used and the thickness applied. This should be discussed with the supplier of your render.
What is the R Value of Styrene?
